Operation Feed Birmingham will be Wednesday, November 27 and Thursday, November 28, 2013. Wednesday, November 27 at 5:00 a.m. "Fill the Dart" (bus) begins at the Boutwell Auditorium at 1930 A. L. Woods, Jr. Boulevard (8th Avenue, North). Donations of canned goods, toiletries and other items will be collected for distribution to Birmingham's homeless. Thursday, November 28 (Thanksgiving Day) from 6:00 a.m. - 10 a.m. Operation Feed Birmingham will be serving breakfast to the homeless at the Boutwell Auditorium. Donations will continue to be accepted and also volunteers are needed to help cook and serve food. Please render your time and service by bringing either cooked or uncooked breakfast foods to the auditorium to help feed the city's homeless. Feel like cooking? Feel like serving?
